UPDATES!!!!

Well thank you for your patience with all of this.  It's been at a stand still for awhile here!  But I think that we might actually be moving forward now.

I did finally get a call back from the Minister of Social Services office.  He had spoken with the case worker here in Saskatoon, and she couldn't provide a lot of information, but helped direct us in a way that could possibly help us out.  We were given a phone number for a Constable here on our Police force that works with high risk offenders.  So I called and left a message due to the fact that she was gone on holidays.

After leaving this message, I figured it would be a couple of weeks before hearing back, or hearing anything at all.  The day upon her arrival back to work, I received a phone call.  She told me who this guy is, and what's going on.  Well this predator is back in jail right now for breaching the conditions of his release.  HE IS BACK IN JAIL!!!!!!  I couldn't believe it.  It gave me a sigh of relief, but he's due out in September.  So I can sleep somewhat soundly (only when the children are with us) knowing that he isn't hurting anyone's child right now.

Please go and read the article from April 2009 in regards to this guy, and tell me if EVER in a million years, knowing this about someone that you would EVER put your children in this kind of danger?

Man Jailed for Child Porn Possession

I want to thank Tracy at Andy Iwanchuk's office.  She has been such a gem in all of this.  She has supported me in my journey to get justice for my step daughter, and other children that may have been affected by this man, and other people that do this. 

I hope that someday my step daughter will know of my battle to help protect her and know that she may not have come from my womb, but in my heart she will be forever mine.

Thank you for your love and support, it means the world to us.  If it weren't for our friends and family supporting us on this journey, we don't think that we would be as far as we are.  So again, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
